Refund Policy
At [Light Pixel Media], we are committed to providing high-quality animated explainer videos to our clients. If you are not satisfied with the final product, we offer the following refund policy:
Full refund: If you request a refund before we start working on your project, we will issue a full refund. This usually takes 1-2 days, but may be sooner depending on the circumstances.
Partial refund: If you request a refund after we have started working on your project, we will consider issuing a partial refund. The amount of the refund will be determined by the stage of the project and the amount of work completed at the time of the request. We will also consider the amount of work completed by our employees and the need to compensate them for their time and effort.
No refund: If the project has been completed and delivered to you, we do not offer refunds.
Revisions: We offer 2 free revisions at each stage of the production process (script, voice-over, and animation). Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.
